What We Look For In a Barback

• Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a variable schedule of hours and days to include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as weekdays
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting
  
  

What You Will Do As a Barback

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages
• Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
