We are seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our endocrinology department! Prior experience working in endocrinology is a must!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently arrives at work on time and adheres to regular work schedule.
- Obtain comprehensive patient histories.
- Perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat health care and chronic diseases.
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as lab work and x-rays.
- Assess patients. Develop and implement treatment plans approved by physician.
- Promotes positive health behaviors and self-care skills through education and counseling.
- Administer medication upon order of physician.
- Collaborate with physicians as needed.
- Other treatments and/or procedures after consulting with or under the supervision of the physician.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Consistently arrives at work in appropriate/professional attire.
- Completes all tasks within established time frame.
- Adheres to all clinic policies and procedures.
- Active and appropriate state Nurse Practitioner licensure.
- Knowledge of Physician Assistant theory, practice and medical care, medical equipment and instruments, and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and determine solutions in order to best serve the patients.
- BLS or CPR certification.
- Master’s degree from an accredited school.
