Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on available vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist customers in test driving vehicles, ensuring they are comfortable and confident.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
