COMMERCIAL TITLE PROCESSOR
Job Summary: The Commercial Title Processor coordinates the beginning aspects of a real estate transaction to ensure their team members and clients have a smooth transaction.
Job Requirements:
- Must have excellent problem-solving capability with the ability to multi-task
- Anticipate potential risks and how they can be avoided or fixed
- Work closely with team members across the company as well as 3rd party vendors
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
- Action and Process oriented
Job Type:
- Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
Location:
- Ability to commute/relocate to Bismarck, ND. This is an in-office position.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Title, Lending, Real Estate experience is a plus but not required
