Tire Shop Manager – The Tire Pit (Bunnell, FL)
Full-Time | $40,000 – $60,000 per year | Bonus potential
The Tire Pit in Bunnell, FL is looking for an experienced and motivated Tire Shop Manager to help lead our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily shop operations and manage a small, hardworking team
- Handle customer quotes, invoices, and service orders
- Manage tire inventory and supplier relationships (NTW, ATD, US Autoforce, TireCo, etc.)
- Ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Help drive sales and profitability goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of tire or auto shop management experience
- Strong tire and service knowledge (mounting, balancing, Tire repair , etc.)
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer and POS system experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
