The Tiny Detailer is a fast-growing, customer-focused mobile auto detailing company. We’re looking for a full-time Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with room to grow. After a 4-week training period, you’ll transition to a full-time Supervisor position with competitive pay, tips, and bonus opportunities.

Supervisor Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to supervise and assist with mobile detailing services (company vehicle provided).
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing services according to the customer’s selected package.
- Ensure all detailing tasks—surface cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, etc.—are completed to professional standards.
- Communicate with customers before and after each job to guarantee satisfaction.
- Keep detailing equipment and the company vehicle organized and in excellent condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional auto detailing experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physically capable of detailing vehicles, including lifting equipment and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail are a must.
