Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Duties: - Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities - Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance - Supervise students during classroom activities and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with the teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs - Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and maintaining discipline - Support students in their social and emotional development - Assist with curriculum development, including preparing materials and resources for lessons - Foster a positive and supportive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues Requirements: - Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood development and educational practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students - Familiarity with classroom technology and educational software is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for professional development.
