Production Planning Analyst
- Annual salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience.

- Create and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing throughput and minimizing inventory costs.
- Produce demand forecasts and inventory plans using historical production data and market trends.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and sales to align production plans with business objectives.
- Identify production bottlenecks and inefficiencies; recommend and implement process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to track production performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reduce excess stock, and prevent production disruptions.
- Implement and maintain production planning systems and tools (Epicor) to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
