Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and specific customer requests, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Follow established procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient preparation of meals during peak business hours.
Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, notifying the supervisor or manager when restocking is required.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of potentially hazardous food items.
