Responsibilities
- Set up tables efficiently and accurately in preparation for guest seating, including arranging utensils, glassware, and condiments.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to ensure readiness for new diners.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces as needed.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages when required, supporting smooth service operations.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing table turnover effectively.
Requirements
- Availability to work primarily on weekends and evenings, with flexibility for additional shifts if needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
