Job Summary
We are looking for Front Desk Agent to join our team. Our Front Desk staff attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a warm and inviting environment for our guests, ensuring that they will want to return and ultimately furthering our reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone calls as they come in
- Make reservations, changes to reservations, and cancellations
- Interact with guests, walk in reservations and owners
- Maintain inventory on the computer
- Work closely with management
- Set up housekeeper's morning assignments so they are ready to go when they come in.
- Write incoming reservation sheets and codes to give to guests on arrival
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent preferred not required
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Must pass a background check
- Must have open availability
- Must have transportation
- Must be able to speak and understand English
