Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides frontline support to existing customers by delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This position encompasses customer service and basic order entry.

The daily work environment is fast paced, with constant changing opportunities and independent commitment to excellence will produce the best performance.

Position is: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Reports to: Operations Manager

Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:

• Handle large volume of incoming calls in a timely manner, routing calls as necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers, provide customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Have a complete understanding of order fulfillment to ensure all critical items are covered and incorporated into each customer order within the company software (ServiceCore).
• Complete understanding of the entire customer service process including notes, order entry, complaint handling, inventory availability, and service issues.
• Manage requests for all pick-up or delivery on any equipment movement within the service area.
• Consistently communicate The Throne Depot brand and service guarantee (SOCO) in every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to address customer questions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 1 year experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish preferred
• High volume phone experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays – as requested and needed.
• Weekends and overtime required during the busy season (May-September).
• Drug-Free, must pass a drug test if/when requested

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
