We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. As one of the first and last people our customers interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $13.00–$14.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Accurately process cash, credit card, discount, and other transactions
- Learn and operate our POS system
- Assist customers with merchandise and questions
- Bag purchases and keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Help straighten merchandise and maintain an inviting store environment
- Work cooperatively with employees, volunteers, and Jr. Retailers
- Follow store policies and procedures and ask for assistance when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle cash and count change accurately
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment
- Good judgment and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma/equivalent or current enrollment in a high school or equivalent program
- Related retail or customer service experience preferred; supervised on-the-job training may be available
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time and/or Part-time
- Starting Pay: $13.00–$14.00 per hour DOE
- FLSA Status: Hourly, non-exempt
- Schedule may vary based on business needs
- Weekends, special events, and selected holidays may be required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach, and lift/move items weighing approximately 10–50 lbs.
