Director of Development & Public Relations

As a member of the Senior Management Team, this individual will help shape organizational strategy while serving as a visible ambassador in the community.

- Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience
- Proven success in fundraising, donor relations, and grant management
- Strong communication, marketing, and social media experience
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders
- Strategic leadership skills combined with a hands-on approach to execution
- Experience representing an organization in public and community settings
