The Threading Spa is seeking a talented, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician / Brow Artist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional eyebrow shaping (wax, thread, etc)
- Perform brow tinting and henna tinting
- Perform facial and body waxing services
- Provide brow lamination and lash lift services
- Perform skincare and facial services
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services
- Educate clients on aftercare and appropriate products
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming client experience
- Assist with rebooking, client retention, and service recommendations
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Esthetics License
- Experience in brow shaping and waxing
- Threading experience strongly preferred
- Tinting, Lash lifts, Brow Lamination experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
