Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform daily Member Services functions, including scheduling, billing, membership holds, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Maintain knowledge of club programs, services, and policies to effectively assist members.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established procedures.
- Enforce club policies and membership guidelines consistently and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to support exceptional experience.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Professional and Technical Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Lift 10 lbs
- Conduct prospect tours.
- Understand and communicate both verbally and written in English.
