What This Role Includes
- Working a station during service with consistency and attention to detail
- Assisting with prep and daily kitchen organization
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Following recipes and systems to ensure quality and consistency
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with the team throughout service
