What are the responsibilities and job description for the SakuSaku Flakerie position at The Third Place?
SakuSaku's owner, Yuri, is on a mission to bring more Japanese flavors and styles into the American bakery scene. Born in the city of Kobe in Japan, she has trained and worked in bakeries in Japan, Canada, and the U.S.
The name SakuSaku is a Japanese onomatopoeia for “flaky, crispy" and Flakerie is a twist on the classic French patisserie. We are bringing Japanese-French fusion baked goods, from classic European pastries with Japanese flavors to pastries that are purely Japanese in origin.
Choose a number of Variety Boxes: each one has seven (7) pieces of monthly rotating pastries, with a combination of classic favorites, and 3-4 monthly special items.
You can also add on our shokupan (Japanese milk bread) loaves.
Subscribers also receive 10% off other in-store purchases.
Purchase your choice of our croissants and breads for pickup any time during our opening hours, Tuesdays to Sundays 8 am-4 pm.
Please allow 3 full days' notice for us to prepare your order.
Please note, a minimum order of 6 croissants is required. Please feel free to mix-and-match flavors!
Choose a subscription that best fits your needs.
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies. We'll do our best to accommodate.
