Customer Service Representative

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a network of carrier partners who are responsive and reliable when you need them
- Negotiate freight rates based on market data and shipment history
- Spot potential issues early and loop in the right people across departments before they become bigger problems
- Monitor shipments in transit and provide customers with accurate, real-time updates

What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience in third-party logistics
- Hands-on trucking experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Full professional fluency in English
