Role Overview
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of construction for luxury restaurant projects in the Southeastern Area , ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance. You will be the primary on-site leader, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional results that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction from start to end.
- Manage daily on-site operations from ground-up builds to complex renovations of high-end restaurants.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work meets design intent, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Enforce jobsite safety, conduct regular inspections, and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Monitor schedules and budgets, proactively resolving conflicts and delays.
- Serve as the main point of contact on-site for clients, architects, and project managers.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Travel extensively to project sites nationwide, managing multiple assignments throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school, or 5 years of relevant experience as Superintendent.
- Blueprint Reading, Construction Software proficiency (Procore, Bluebeam, etc)
- Safety Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Valid Driver's License
