Duties
- Site Preparation: Clearing trees, leveling land, and excavating dirt for foundations.
- Structural Framing: Building the wood, steel, or concrete skeleton of a structure.
- MEP Installations: Running mechanical HVAC ductwork, pulling electrical wiring, and installing plumbing lines.
- Building Envelope: Installing roofing membranes, hanging siding, and fitting exterior windows.
- Interior Finishes: Hanging drywall, laying tile, installing flooring, and applying paint
Experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and contractual best practices related to service delivery
