Responsibilities:
Unit Secretary: As a Unit Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nursing staff, residents, and families. Your duties will include:
Greeting and directing visitors, residents, and staff
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate staff members
Preparing and maintaining accurate and confidential records and reports
Processing and managing physician orders and lab results
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating tests, appointments, and procedures
Maintaining a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control practices and adhering to our facility's policies and procedures
Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Teamwork and Communication: As a Unit Secretary, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team. You will be required to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families, and work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements:
1 Year of Experience: You will have at least 1 year of experience as a Unit Secretary or in a comparable administrative role in a healthcare setting.
