Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration
- General administration and bookkeeping of estates and trusts
- Gather, identify, and value assets
- Manage retitling of assets and related administrative tasks
- Prepare probate documents and financial accountings
- Prepare estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns
- Communicate with clients, court clerks, brokerage personnel, and accountants
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate administration or a related field
- Strong background in finance, taxation, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Excellent organizational, mathematical, and computer skills
- Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, and billing software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work directly and professionally with clients
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Stable employment history
