The Tech System is a US-based technology and workforce solutions firm supporting enterprise clients in finance, operations, and digital transformation. We partner with growing organizations to strengthen reporting, budgeting, and financial planning capabilities.
We are currently hiring two Junior Financial Analysts to support a corporate services client expanding its finance team in 2026.
The Junior Financial Analyst will assist with financial reporting, budgeting support, and performance tracking activities. This role is suited for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in corporate finance and FP&A functions.
You will work closely with senior analysts and accounting teams to support data-driven financial decision-making.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Support budget tracking and expense monitoring
- Perform basic variance analysis
- Maintain financial spreadsheets and reporting templates
- Help reconcile financial data across systems
- Support forecasting activities under supervision
- Prepare summaries for internal review meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic understanding of financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze numerical data accurately
- Internship experience in finance or accounting
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
- Interest in long-term growth within financial planning and analysis
Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. Candidates must be able to work on-site two days per week.
