We are seeking a highly motivated and creative intern to support our Business Development team. This is not a traditional sales role. Instead of cold outreach, this position is centered around inbound opportunities, client support, and the development of compelling proposals and presentations that help win new business. You will play an active role in bringing ideas to life, supporting everything from pitch decks and budgets to marketing materials and storytelling, while collaborating across departments to shape real client opportunities.

Job Overview

You will play an active role in bringing ideas to life, supporting everything from pitch decks and budgets to marketing materials and storytelling, while collaborating across departments to shape real client opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the creation of client proposals, presentation, as well as pitch and capabilities decks
- Support the development of visual concepts and mood boards, as well as content creation for our website, social media and internal/external communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs on creative, pricing, and production approach
- Help build budgets and project estimates for proposed activations and events
- Manage and organize photo and content libraries for marketing use
- Research trends across sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing. Including innovative ideas, formats and technologies that can elevate proposals
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and new business concepts
- Ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field
- Experience with PowerPoint and Canva preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong communicator with both creative writing and visual storytelling abilities
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
