We are looking to hire Experiential Market Producers in support of a global technology brand and FIFA partner for this summer’s FIFA World Cup 2026. The Experiential Market Producers will support planning and execution of match week activities around hospitality programs inclusive of lounge buildouts and offsite experiences. The producers will lead all aspects of pre-production alongside the leadership team. Inclusive of fabrication oversight, install/dismantle needs, vendor management, budget tracking, and maintaining project documents.
These roles will join our team on a fixed-term contract From May 2026 through July 2026.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead market planning and activation for assigned location. The Team is currently hiring for producers in Atlanta, Miami, New York, Seattle, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Canada (Toronto, Vancouver) Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey)
- Oversight of installation at market venues, primarily hotel properties and offsite locations.
- Attendance for all internal planning and client presentation calls. Leading production components of the planning deck and documents inclusive of the following per market. Production schedule, project plan, warehouse manifest for assigned market.
- Lead on production elements in their market reporting into senior leadership.
- Pre Planning and onsite availability from May 2026 thru end of July 2026.
- Work in a collaborative manner with all account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and budget. Liaison between internal partners across production, hospitality, creative, and warehouse teams.
- Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, registration, graphics, event flow, creative, food & beverage, transportation, staffing, venue and labor.
- Responsible for building and maintaining effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely way though out duration of the project. Manage and develop relationships with The Team’s trusted suppliers and third parties, throughout the duration of the project
- Creates a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values
- Promotes a team environment and provides work direction and guidance including professional development and training; guides team on deliverables, and ensures best practices with project management
- Ensure that all project processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are me
- Understanding of football (soccer) and/or live sporting events is ideal
- Extensive experience with Live Events with a proven track record of success across brand activations and event delivery
- Prior agency or rights holders experience, including past success in managing global sponsors
- Understanding of brands, rights holders and competitor brands/ambush marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy and commitment to success, along with a proven ability to manage expectations
- Confident, articulate, passionate individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as well as ability to listen
- Client & Guest Management: Lead client comms on a local level across ongoing workstreams
- Attention to details and communication skills, making sure all details are understood, clear and informed to the relevant parties
- Experience in delivering guest hospitality programs is a bonus.
- Bilingual: Fluent Spanish and English are a must for Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Miami
- Proven experience delivering live events and brand activations
- Strong stakeholder, client, and guest management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills
- Comfort using WhatsApp as a primary communication tool
- Experience delivering guest hospitality programs
- Agency or rights-holder experience
- Familiarity with global sponsorship programs
