Pay by qualification level
- Substitute Aide: $17.00 to $19.50 per hour
- Substitute Assistant Teacher: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
- Substitute Lead Teacher: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour

How it works
- Choose the days you work and the centers you work in
- Minimum of 16 hours a week, which is two full weekdays
- Most shifts run a full 8 hour day, Monday through Friday
- Support children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in licensed childcare centers
What you need
- 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to speak and understand English, since interviews and training are in English
- Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred for our Spanish Immersion Centers
- Reliable transportation, a background check, and a smartphone with internet access
