About the Role
We partner with 120 licensed childcare centers that depend on our team to maintain safe, structured classrooms during staff absences. You’ll step in to support, engage, and ensure children have a positive experience each day.
Schedule
- Weekdays between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Part-time or full-time (24 hours/week or more)
Responsibilities
- Assist with classroom activities and routines
- Supervise children (infant–preschool)
- Maintain a safe and positive environment
- Follow direction from center staff
- Adapt to different classroom settings
Qualifications
- 18 years old
- Experience with children preferred, not required
- Background in caregiving, education, customer service, or healthcare is a plus
- Dependable and professional
- Reliable transportation
