What are the responsibilities and job description for the Van Driver for a Childcare Center position at The TEA Center?

As a school age van driver at the Transformational Education Adventure Center, you will be part of a fast paced business while making a
difference in the lives of children and enjoying it at the same time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise children attending the program.
- Pick up and drop off children using a 15 passenger van within 3 miles
- Hours -2:30 pm- 6:30 pm -Monday to Friday
- Monitor children to ensure their health, safety and physical well-being;
- Must have clean driving record
- Mist be able to pass background check
- Must be reliable, dependable and punctual
- Ability to manage a small group of children ( 10-15 at a time)
- Participate in regular staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Mandatory hours availability -2:30- 6:30 pm daily
