The Tayour Group is a boutique, high-performance real estate team at Real Brokerage, headquartered in La Jolla, California. Founded by Anas Tayour — a San Diego SDSU alumnus and multilingual dealmaker — we specialize in off-market deals, investor strategies (fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold), VA loans for military buyers, and coastal/luxury communities including La Jolla, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach.

While our core business is coastal and luxury, we have a steady flow of inbound leads in East County and South Bay that we need qualified agents to cover. If you live in or know those markets well, that's a major plus — we'll feed you leads from day one.

What We're Looking For

• Active California Real Estate License (DRE) — required
• Agents based in or familiar with East County or South Bay — major plus
• Hungry, coachable, and ready to scale
• Strong communication skills (bilingual a major plus)
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable with modern tools and technology
• Prior real estate experience preferred but not required — we train hard workers
• Investor mindset or interest in working with investor clients a bonus

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads (we'll show you how)
• Cover assigned territory — coastal, East County, or South Bay based on fit
• Host open houses on off-market investor flips and team listings
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Run showings, write offers, negotiate deals, close transactions
• Use our systems and processes consistently for daily follow-up and outreach
• Contribute to a small, tight-knit team culture

Compensation

100% commission. Real Brokerage 85/15 split capped at $6,000. Tayour Group team split is competitive and negotiable based on experience and production. Stock incentives, revenue share, and access to team-generated investor leads included.
