Key responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Performance and development: Assist with performance evaluations, provide feedback, set goals, and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, process payroll, and help with compensation-related decisions.
- Compliance and policy: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, enforce company policies, and handle issues related to employee records and documentation.

- The salary range is from $55,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience
