The role
We're looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our tight-knit team. You'll handle daily financial operations — maintaining precise transaction records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing journal entries — all while collaborating with our team to keep compliance smooth and processes streamlined.
Software you'll use
QuickBooks Online - Cloud-based bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting — proficiency required
QuickBooks Desktop - On-premise accounting for select clients — experience required
What you'll bring
- Hands-on bookkeeping experience in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong skills preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and journal entries
- Proficiency reading and producing financial statements
- Solid understanding of core accounting and finance principles
- Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills — you work well with a collaborative team
- Bonus: prior experience at a tax or accounting firm
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
