In this role, you will:
- Be the quarterback of the sales process, ensuring deals get submitted and customers are approved for financing (remotely or in-person).
- Leverage your proven track record to close deals and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Motivate and coach a team of 4-6 sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Uphold our core values of transparency and customer ease, ensuring a smooth buying experience for every client.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement, both individually and for the team.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in closing sales within the automotive industry (Infiniti brand experience is a plus)
- A strong understanding of financing options and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A passion for exceeding expectations and a drive to help your team succeed.
