Taverna INFINITI North Miami is looking for self-motivated, high performing BDC / Internet Sales Managers who have a desire to learn. In this role, you will receive ~1,000 local leads a month and are responsible for setting appointments and ensuring customers show to our dealership.
OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role is $105,900 based on 125 shows and 65 sells per month.

The right candidate is a top performing BDC Manager at a current auto dealership. Those who excel at our dealership are hungry, willing to reach out to customers with high volume of touchpoints and high quality of communication, and have the determination to overcome objections. Bachelors Degrees preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Respond with high quality tailored reachouts and follow up with significant lead volumes per month (1,000 local leads) to ensure appointment sets
- Ensure appointments show via follow up and greeting lead in person
- Work with a Sales & Finance Director to assign to Reps and follow up until sale closed
Qualifications:
- Must be a high performing BDC Manager or Internet Sales Manager at a current auto dealership or technology sales based role
- Flexible schedule – weekend and evening hours required – Alternate between working 5 and 6 days a week
- Excellent communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
