Overview
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission requirements and budget constraints.• Track and monitor project status, schedules, and deliverables.• Analyze program performance metrics and recommend improvements to schedule.• Develop and maintain logistics plans to support lifecycle sustainment of Navy systems.• Ensure timely delivery of equipment, documentation, and support services.• Support the development and optimization of enterprise architecture frameworks.• Align IT infrastructure with Navy operational goals and cybersecurity standards.• Perform detailed cost analysis to support budgeting and financial decision-making.• Prepare reports and briefings that translate complex financial data into actionable insights.• Lead or support program reviews, audits, and documentation efforts.• Collaborate with Navy personnel and contractors to ensure smooth program execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, management support and program cost analysis.• Must have an Interim Secret clearance or higher depending on the contract requirements.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
