- Handle cash transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
- Assist with food service when needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and customer service
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members
