About Tasting House:
Tasting House was established in January 2022 with the aim of integrating quality food and wine pairings into daily life. Our culinary program is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera. Chef Julian began his career in New York City before lending his talents to Florida's Knife & Spoon, where he was instrumental in the restaurant achieving a Michelin Star.
