The Talk Shop is expanding into Las Cruces, New Mexico, and we are looking for passionate, fully licensed clinicians who want to build a rewarding caseload while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy to actually enjoy life outside of work.
This is an opportunity to join a growing practice where you focus on what you do best—providing excellent clinical care—while we handle the backend of the business.
What We Offer
- Pay rate is, based on experience, licensure, and age groups/populations served
- Full-time opportunity with a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week
- Flexible scheduling designed around your life
- Minimum of 2 evening shifts per week, with evening hours ending at 7:00 PM

Our team handles the business and administrative side of the practice, including the systems and support necessary to keep your caseload moving, so you can focus on providing quality clinical services.
What We're Looking For
- Fully licensed mental health clinicians/counselors eligible to practice in New Mexico
- Strong clinical skills and professional ethics
- Reliable, compassionate, and client-centered
- Comfortable providing primarily in-person services
- Willingness to work at least two evening shifts per week until 7:00 PM
- Experience with children, adolescents, adults, and/or couples is a plus
