Upstream Product Marketing Manager (Medical Devices)

The Talent Mine is recruiting for an Upstream Product Marketing Manager for an immediate FTE role in the Seattle/Bellevue area. You will be responsible for assisting with new global product development initiatives for our client's imaging equipment, including product planning and development, market assessments, business modeling, and pricing strategies.

You will have the opportunity to work with customers, engineers, finance, marketing management, clinical marketing, sales, and the executive team to understand the market, identify latent needs, define product requirements, optimize the portfolio, and execute strategic direction. We want someone that knows how to be the voice of the customer, evangelize cutting edge medical device solutions that safe lives and diagnose issues before they come to pass. This is a full-time position in Greater Seattle area with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Re-location assistance may be available!

Compensation:

• TOTAL COMPENSATION = $157,000 - $180,000, broken down as follows:
• Salary range – $130,000 - $150,00
• Annual bonus of ±10% (bonus plan based on company and individual performance)
• 401k match (100% dollar for dollar match up to 4%)
• Educational assistance (up to $9K per year)
• Relocation Package

Your profile should contain most of the following

• 5 years of Upstream Marketing (product planning, product management, etc).
• Bachelor’s Degree at minimum in a relevant field; MBA preferred
• Has worked on major products (NPR - new product designs)
• Demonstrated experience in product development, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
• Strong experience in a regulated industry, preferably Medical Devices
• Experience contributing to the development and execution of visions and strategies, specifically around product life cycles.
• Proven organizational, planning and project/product management skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of clinical applications and hospital economics across global geographies
• Strong analytics and familiarization with business models and forecasts
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Open to travel domestically land internationally (about 20% of the year)
