Perform accurate data entry to assist in the analysis of donor participation, retention, acquisition, and giving trends to inform fundraising and campaign strategy.

Support data imports, exports, and integration between Raiser’s Edge NXT and third-party platforms used by the Alumni & Development Office.

Assist with testing and implementation of new Advancement technologies and system enhancements to help automate existing processes and procedure.

Provide data, reporting and constituent information to support Alumni & Development events including Alumni Weekend, Family Weekend, Day of Giving, Commencement, and other engagement initiatives

Create multiple complex queries, utilize exports and create dashboards in Raiser's Edge on a daily basis for the Frontline, Annual Giving, Alumni & Engagement, and Stewardship Teams.

Manage data requests and projects, prioritizing those requests.

Responsible for data integrity efforts for information stored in Raiser’s Edge.

Coordinate with colleagues across campus to ensure data synchronization for all constituencies.

Use a broad spectrum of sources to research, organize, and evaluate a prospect’s financial capacity, ability to give, willingness to give, charitable interests, and connection to the school, creating customized, in-depth profiles.

Create and refresh the research bios for prospects as needed throughout the year.

Participate in ongoing professional development activities as relevant to maintain and enhance skills and abilities and stay abreast of current trends and research techniques.

Perform other related duties as requested and assigned by the Director of Advancement Services.

Maintain confidentiality of all donor information and records.

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience, ideally working with relational databases.

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace is required in all aspects of normal daily activities. Tableau experience a plus.
