What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury position at The Tadchiev Law Firm, P.C.?

Please note; this role is based in Floral Park!

A plaintiff’s personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced and aggressive personal injury attorney (minimum 5 years of experience) handling all aspects of personal injury litigation including:

- Drafting pleadings

- Complying with discovery demands

- Drafting and arguing motions

- Defending and conducting depositions, EUOs and 50-H hearings

- Court appearances

- Settlement negotiations and mediation

We are seeking a long-term, permanent relationship with an experienced attorney, who is able to make independent determinations as to case values, strategies, and settlement decisions.

Trial experience is a plus, but is not required.

CANDIDATES WITH NO PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
