Front of House – Food Runner / Expo / Cashier / Guest Handler
Part-Time or Full-Time | Morning & Midday Shifts | 7 AM – 3 PM

Position Overview
We’re looking for warm, energetic, and dependable Front of House team members to join The Table.
This hybrid role combines guest service, food running, order expo, and cashier responsibilities — the heartbeat of the guest experience.
The right candidate loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can gracefully balance efficiency with warmth.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and a smile
- Take orders at the register and manage POS transactions accurately
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Run food and drinks promptly and with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area
- Anticipate guest needs — refilling water, clearing tables, answering questions
- Manage to-go orders and packaging
- Support expo line to ensure accurate plating and presentation before items reach guests
- Maintain cleanliness standards and assist with restocking front-of-house supplies
Qualifications
- Prior café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Must be available weekends and some holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
