**Position Overview:**
As a bartender at The Table, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent service to our guests at the bar. Your expertise and friendly demeanor will enhance the overall dining experience for our patrons.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve cocktails beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about drink selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor guest consumption and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Check identification to verify that guests are of legal drinking age.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
- 1 year minimum experience as a bartender is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid MAST Permit.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
