About the Job
Looking for those who specialize in Neurodivergent Specialist, Music and Podcasting to run a club at various sites with students. Staff will be assigned to multiple sites, Monday through Friday to run curriculum for groups of 15-30 students. Staff will also be asked to provide a schedule for the week and weekly recaps.

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with school aged children in an academic or recreational setting preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to teach and lead a group of students.
- Ability to thrive in a high paced, flexible environment.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate daily with a diverse populations
- Submit a TB test
- Clear Background Check
Principal Duties
- Meet bimonthly with TCF Management to coordinate program stabilization, discuss and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Adhere to TCF and Stockton Unified policies and procedures when interacting with students, staff, and administration.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate high quality, safe and age-appropriate activities.
- Adhere to budgets for designated program.
- Maintain a high level of communication and positive relationships with all staff and Administration including but not limited to TCF personnel, parents and students.
- Positively impact students at each session
- Arrive on time to your locations/sessions
- Attend staff meetings when required
- Maintain equipment and manage your class roster
- Make a difference in the lives of those you encounter
- Demonstrate the TCF values of serving, loving, and uniting in all your interactions with participants, members, guests, volunteers, and fellow staff.
- Support sites before and after sessions as needed.
- Manage 45min to 60min sessions with up to 15 to 30 children.
Additional Responsibilities
Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the supervisor, recognizing that the role may evolve to include new tasks introduced by the company.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge/Experience/Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least 48 semester college units or successful completion of the Paraeducator exam
- TB test clearance
- Must pass DOJ/FBI criminal background check
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must possess strong classroom and behavioral management skills.
- Must have experience working with youth and general knowledge base of core elementary subjects.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate openly in a professional manner with staff, students, parents, and community partners
License/Certification/Clearance
- Sexual Harassment Training Certificate *required
- Mandated Reporter Training Certificate *required
- First aid and CPR Certification *preferred
Physical Demands
- Must have sufficient strength, agility, and mobility to perform essential functions of position and to safely supervise children’s activities including the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be fit for frequent bending and standing.
