Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal position based in Panama City, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys by managing legal documents, conducting research, and preparing pleadings and motions. Day-to-day responsibilities will include document review, drafting, and case management tasks to support efficient litigation processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
- Experience in Document Review and organization
- Strong skills in Legal Research
- Ability to prepare Pleadings and legal Motions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal court procedures
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
