The Synthetic Grass Store (SGS) is looking for a warehouse associate with superior customer service skills to perform general warehouse duties in our turf warehouse.
Job responsibilities include:

• Providing superior customer service to clients which includes pulling the right turf, cutting the right turf in the right sizes, pulling the correct non-turf products in the correct quantities and helping load customer vehicles.
• Ensuring the accuracy of SGS inventory. This includes ensuring inventory records are accurate. Also, ensuring the tags on the rolls are maintained accurately.
• Informing Warehouse lead when inventory is running low
• Participating in weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts.
• Optimizing roll selection to minimize end of roll cuts
• Maintain the cut log, sample logs, and REM log
• Accurately unloading containers in a safe manner
• Following SGS’ safety standards on a daily basis
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean both inside and outside the facility
• Working with the Warehouse Lead to ensure inventory transfers are loaded accurately
• Helping to keep the warehouse organized to maximize productivity
• Other duties as assigned or as become evident.
