We're looking for energetic, passionate Swim Instructors to join our team! If you love working with kids, enjoy being in the water, and want a fun, active job, this is the perfect opportunity.
Swimming experience is a plus, and prior lesson-teaching experience is a plus—but not required! We offer paid training to help you build confidence and skills.
This is a year-round position at our clean, comfortable indoor pool, so you can teach no matter the weather.

Duties
- Lead private swimming lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers
- Incorporate fun and motivating teaching techniques to enhance learning experiences
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Maintain a safe swimming environment by enforcing rules and supervising all activities
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate sports coaching, martial arts, or physical education principles
Requirements
- Prior experience as a swim instructor is preferred, both group and/or private lessons.
- Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive classroom environments
- Certification in lifeguarding or water safety training is highly preferred
- Background in swim team, swim coaching is helpful
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels
- Be available to work 2 - 4 shifts, Mon-Fri 3:00pm-7:00pm, Sat/Sun 9:00am-4:00pm
