Job Summary

The Swimming Hole is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our facility. You'll greet members and guests, keep front desk operations running smoothly, and help maintain a clean, well-organized space. If you're a natural communicator who takes pride in a tidy environment and enjoys making people feel welcome, we'd love to meet you. This paid position is a great opportunity to build customer service skills while contributing to our community.

Responsibilities

• Greet every visitor, member, and vendor with a warm, friendly attitude, making sure they feel welcomed and taken care of
• Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously, communicating clearly with members and guests
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Daxko software
• Keep the front desk and common areas clean and tidy, following daily cleaning standards
• Handle data entry with accuracy and maintain organized records
• Support office tasks such as supply inventory and document organization
• Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification (training provided if needed)
• Availability for evenings and Saturdays required

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable disposition with strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking with people in person and on the phone
• Attention to detail, especially around cleanliness and organization
• Comfortable with computers and basic office software
• Customer service experience a plus, but not required
• Experience with Daxko a plus, but not required
