The Swim Studio is seeking an exceptional swim coach to join our Austin team.
We are a private swim school known for accelerated results, individualized instruction, and an elevated client experience. Our signature curriculum develops confident, safety-focused swimmers while building strong competitive technique.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 private swim lessons using The Swim Studio Method
- Teach water safety, stroke technique, and confidence in the water
- Track swimmer progress and provide clear, tailored feedback
- Create a focused, high-energy, and professional lesson environment
- Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented coaching staff

Qualifications
- Competitive swimming experience required
- Coaching or teaching experience preferred
- Must be 18 or older
- Dependable, confident, energetic, and excellent with children
- Strong communication and professionalism
