Mission Coordinator

We're seeking a Mission Coordinator in Columbia, MD. The Mission Coordinator will serve as a liaison between Contractor Language Analysts and product lines, ensuring priorities and mission requirements are met. This individual will oversee mission processes from a technical perspective, develop and task work activities, provide oversight and feedback, and support day-to-day mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Contractor Language Analysts and product lines to ensure priorities and mission requirements are met.
• Oversee mission processes from a technical perspective.
• Develop and task work activities and provide oversight of work and feedback.
• Develop databases and background information for Language Analysts at the appropriate classification level and provide other working aids.
• Provide periodic summary reports on operational activities to the COR and product lines.
• Facilitate analysis of operational materials within the mission environment.
• Assist Government personnel with developmental efforts for associated data-based information and intelligence characterization of assigned tasks.
• Maintain preliminary traffic, analytic, and transcription logs, records, and statistics to aid in collection management.
• Perform preliminary analysis of material to provide tip-offs to the product lines.
• Provide assistance to data-flow personnel and other mission-related personnel on matters related to assigned tasks.
• Provide quality-control review.
• Support day-to-day operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of cryptologic experience.
• Experience in language and literature, linguistics, or related humanities fields.
• Experience in mission management or employee supervision.
• Thorough and contemporary knowledge of available data on relevant subject areas.
• Knowledge of analytic methodologies appropriate to mission requirements.
• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
